I have been using these products for 6mths now and feel it has helped to slow the thinning of my hair and started to thicken it up. It would be helpful if there were direction/instructions on the products but I just went and spoke to one of the local suppliers and they told me how frequently etc I should be using it

I have only just started using the product, so cannot comment on its effectiveness -- BUT I would note there are zero instructions with the three products! I had to go back on line to see how often to use them, how long to leave various components on my hair, etc. This is really not good enough.
