This is lovely. It's light and fresh and I love how it feels when applied onto the skin - it's like a splash of water. It really is very nice. It was one of a few L'Oreal products I bought to help me in an emergency when an experiment with a skin care product I received as a gift went wrong leaving me with extremely dry and wrinkly, sensitive and irritated skin. Together with the hydrafresh moisture boosting essence this gel provided the much needed moisture and put my skin onto the path to recovery. I used L'Oreal products before and was quite happy with them and that's why I thought of L'Oreal when I needed help. I didn't want to risk any more experiments with my skin in the condition it was. Unfortunately now these products are just bot enough for my skin and the moisturising effect is short lived and both products have to be reapplied frequently, 5-6 times a day. And they nowhere near enough for my eye area. So I had to move on and found something that works better for me (for now). But they definitely helped and I would recommend the essence and the gel to anyone with less problematic skin in need of a light moisturizer.
