It looks like cream texture. However, it not greasy and sticky like other eye creams. provide well hydration around eye areas.

Beautiful hydrating eye cream. Has helped a little with under eye puffiness which I hope continues to improve with use. Not sticky and there is no residue.

This eye cream is hydrated but not greasy. No fragrance. I think it is of some help with the light marks under the eyes.

I like the balm because it hydrates my eyes and it helps with the fine lines. I wish it did a better job with the dark circles.
