I have been using this product and the matching conditioner for about 5 years now - and it is brilliant. I have very fine and sparse hair. It tends to break and become frizzy. When I moved about 5 years ago I found a new hairdresser, someone who had fine hair herself. My hair was quite damaged, even though I was not using cheap shampoo - but it was still half the price of this one. I first bought it through the hairdressing salon and my hair responded well eg I didn't have to wash it so often. I then found it much cheaper on cosmetics now. My hairdresser said that it wasn't possible to buy this product on line, but 5 years later she is amazed at how good my hair is looking and concedes that what I'm buying is good. I know that sounds fake, but I have combined using this shampoo and conditioner with other good practices such as not washing my hair if I don't really need to (eg not going out all day), not using hair elastics just hair clips, using a moisturiser etc. These days I don't have to wash my hair as often as it is not getting greasy so quickly. This product is so worth every cent.
