#9 Royal Navy: This eye pencil is a very luxurious makeup item. It is very expensive but the blue is so vibrant, there is no other pencil like it on the market! The formula is very creamy and smooth but doesn't smudge and lasts all day even in the water line! Definitely an item to consider if you want to spoil yourself!

#4 Blue Vision: This is fantastic!. I've tried lots of pencils and they either smudge, irritate or are TOO hard, and brittle when sharpening. This pencil goes on like a dream, and lasts night and day when you are travelling and don't get a chance to remove your eye makeup. It also blends up onto the eyelid to give deeper colour where you want it, and gives natural definition to the eyes and lash area. I have found no problems with irritation, and that's important for me. Once again, I love it and highly recommend it.
