Just starting using this conditioner and I live the shine and tangle free condition of my hair after use... As with all Alterna Bsmbii you dint need a lot... I like the cap and how a simple twist releases just the right amount .. Highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to improve the condition of true hair.

So far I have only used the luminous shine once however I have been using the bamboo colour protection conditioner for a while now. I have very curly hair so my hair doesn't always like all conditioners. It seems to help my hair not to frizz. I love the product.
