This was the worst loreal product I have ever used!!! This shampoo made my hair sticky and I couldn't brush it( I gave it to my sister and she had the same problem- it lives kind of a film on the hair and it doesn't look or feels good

After its application the hair becomes smooth. Yes, they certainly are not the same as in shampoo commercials, but this is the best result I sought from various smoothing shampoo! I recommend!
