Oh, this is lovely! It's a jelly, so not the easiest consistency when trying to remove from jar - but a small spatula helps. Then, smooth over and lightly massage onto skin - then leave it. It feels cool and refreshing, I love that it's soothing on my skin and just absorbs after a while. My skin is sensitive and yet thirsty, so that is great for those two purposes.
