Brightens eyes instantly. Does need setting though, because it will fade by the afternoon. If set, and you use a setting spray or powder, it'll last.

Luminous 1: Have just started using this after trying to combat dark circles and fine lines. Very smooth, love the texture, just slides on. Am finding it really highlights the eye area and reduces dark circles, I am currently using concealer over the top and it enhances the other concealer so finding it with other products works well as well as by itself.
